With the support of the largest employee-based tech network in the industry, our focus is supporting Coats customers. We make it easy to get a factory trained tech at your door when needed without searching around to see who may be able to fix your equipment.
Our technicians go through an extensive initial 4-week training program that includes time in both the classroom and field training. Additionally, our technicians receive ongoing training and education through the latest technology in learning management systems.
A customer should expect for a technician to be onsite, setting up the machine and providing usage training with the shop’s owner and employees. The time the tech is onsite depends on several factors including the number of employees needing to be trained and the base level of the comfort of those employees.
